Data privacy policy
The protection and security of personal information is of high priority to us. We strictly adhere to the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). The following information details what type of data is collected and for what purpose it is logged:
1. As far as technically possible and reasonable, all offered services can also be used without having to share any data or when sharing anonymized data.
2. Data transmission/data logging: When visiting this page, the web server automatically records logs files that cannot be assigned to a specific person. This data includes, for instance, the browser type and version, the used operating system, the referrer URL (the previously visited page), the IP address of the requesting computer, the date and time of the server access request and the client’s file request (file name and URL). These data are collected solely for the purpose of statistical evaluation and will not be transferred to third parties for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
3. Use of personal data: Whenever the web offering enables the user to enter personal or business data (email addresses, names, postal addresses, etc.), the user shares such information – e.g. in connection with a request – on an expressly voluntary basis.
Unless there are necessary reasons relating to a business transaction, you may at any time and with immediate effect revoke the previously granted permission to store your personal data in writing (e.g. by email or fax). In compliance with applicable law, you are entitled to write to us at any time to enquire if and what personal data we hold on you. We will respond immediately.
Your data will not be shared with third parties, unless disclosure is required by law.
4. Data security: We will take all technical and organizational measures to secure personal data made available to us against access from unauthorized third parties. When sending very sensitive data or information, it is recommended to use postal services, as complete data security cannot be guaranteed via email.
5. Currently, no additional tools such as Google Analytics are installed.
